Going off conversions with Lynda, peers and children as well as parents I 'scrapped' the Idea of incorporating the veggie characters. Although I feel this Idea was strong and It gained positive feedback, it did not sit appropriately in this design style which creates a stronger look to me. I have retained a sense of delicacy from the cover with more fun elements through use of handwritten and childish typography and a balance between bright and pastel colours.
